Ordered a Mrs. Potato Head & received a Mr. - while that seems trivial to be concerned about, not what I ordered. Customer Service agent told me to 'take a deep breath' after she told me she had to charge me an additional $7.78 for what I actually ordered to begin with. I asked what for and she said 'we need a paper trail'. I opted to keep the Mr. But will NEVER order anything else from here again - too many other retailers can have my business and money instead.
Horrible customer service. I ordered a boys' bathing suit which arrived with the security tag (dye-releasing) still affixed. I contacted the company immediately, requesting that they send a replacement. We are leaving for vacation on Friday (which is why I ordered the bathing suit to arrive on time) but their terrible customer service rep informed me that all they could do was send an envelope for the return/exchange of the suit. She insisted that they could not send a replacement via priority mail. So we now have no bathing suit for my son since they are impossible to find this time of year in NJ. Never dealt with a company so unwilling to please. This was 100% their fault. Will never order from them again.

Just received my 2nd pair of Asics from Bealls... couldn't be more thrilled with the product and timely delivery! (Almost) makes me excited to go to work and be on my feet for a long time!
I was at the counter making a purchase last night at Beall's Inverness, Fl. there were about three customers in the mens dept. While at the checkout halfway through the ringing out the salesgirl stopped ringing up my items, left the counter and started helping a man that asked her where the sleeveless t-shirts were. She stopped ringing me out to go help another customer find t-shirts.when she returned she continued to finalize my checkout. I made a $153.00 purchase and left the store. This evening when I tried on one of the items that I purchased, I noticed that the ink tag was still on the garment. Now I have to drive an hour back to the store to have the ink tag removed, because the salesgirl allowed herself to get distracted by another customer. This is unacceptable behavior at my expense. I have a mind to bring back my total purchase and discontinue shopping at that store all together. Moody
They are greedy company. I hope they go out of business. They discontinued all of their in store and online coupons and bealls bucks and blamed it Covid. It is bs. It all about profit. If they were hurting how did open up NEW chain home centrix. Which is total garbage. It is worst than bealls outlet. I cancelled their high interest credit card and I refuse to ever shop their stores ever again. I was dedicated full time Florida resident and shopper for many years. I will give my money to dillards, target and Walmart or any other store before I give them a penny of my hard earned money. They do not even have so called sales anymore STAY AWAY. They rarely run any sales. They jacked up price and put 30-40% off a $65 per of men shorts. They now give 10% off on Tuesday fabulous 50 bs. It used to 15% and more if you coast to coast member Let's put them out of business once and for all for taking all their customers for granted. GREED is ugly Coporate employee or store employees did not get a pay cut because of Covid. Of course not Instead they bite the hand that feed. Them WHAT A IDIOTIC move on their part. I drive by at least 4 or 5 of the stores on daily basis going to work and their all parking lots are empty. Hopefully the customers smarted up.
It is a nightmare when it comes to having any issues with something already billed to the account.
Any fees regardless whether they apply or not will stay on your account.
So you will have fees on top of fees building up.
I closed my account paid it in full and two months after I have fees on top of fees.
It is useless calling customer service.
I have called four times already. Last person I spoke was supposed to be an account specialist. But his tone of voice and his attitude showed since the beginning of the conversation he had no intention to help me out.
I don't recommend to have this type of credit card at all.
Worst experience ever.
Just received my first on line order, I'm beyond pleased. Everything fits perfectly which is rare for on line purchases! The quality of the clothing is beyond expectations, I'm very pleased with my order. I purchased 8 items, 1 skirt, 3 pairs capris and 4 tops the shipping was free and my entire order only came to 135 dollars. Bealls is my new on line go to!
I received a damaged monopoly game and they expected me to pay for shipping and handling. This is not good customer service.
My daughter worked at Bealls for 3 months. She received very little training and was pushed hard to get people to sign up for credit cards. Management would berate employees and former employees on group texts. People were fired weekly and she once worked the whole store with one other new employee. Management refused to come in. One week she was summarily fired for a policy violation without warning. Best thing that ever happened to her.
When into beals on 6 mile cypress in Fort Myers Florida. Wanted to buy a top that had no tag on it took it up to the counter she could not find it so she had someone else looking for it it took 15 minutes and the cashier was extremely extremely rude for what I went through they should have gave me the top free or at least 50% off. There was not an apology for the delay it took from anyone in that store. The extremely rude cashier Terminal ID number 00000012 on February 5 at 2:40 PM
I bought a comforter and did not receive the pillow shams. I sent two letters and got no response.
Wish I could give it no stars.
Child asked for a certain doll from Santa and this was the only place that had it. We ordered it and they sent us the WRONG gift. When we told customer service, they refused to give us 2 day shipping and said we’d have to pay for it again. This being said, it wouldn’t be here until after Christmas. Thanks for ruining a child’s Christmas.
My friend and I visited our Bealls outlet last night (leesburg, fl) and the associate was helping us and of course my friend and I were laughing and joking. The associate never stopped doing her job and maintained interaction with us. Then her manager on duty CHERYL threatened to FIRE HER if she didnt stop "goofing off with customers and do her job"
She was extremely rude!!!
If and when I ever receive my order and make the payment, I will close the account and never shop Bealls again. I thought shopping online would be less frustrating than waiting in line at the store.....wrong! All I want to do is to check the order status to see what is taking so long but calling is futile......they don't answer the phone. Goodbye Bealls!

Bealls is very similar to Kohl's or a JCPenny. Different inventory lines/brands, and I'd say Bealls is a notch down from Kohl's without being any cheaper in pricing. I highly prefer Kohl's.

I ordered a shirt online Nov 22,2018. Great Black Friday price, and it shipped and arrived on November 26,2018. No issues.

I was specifically looking for Salt Life shirts, and not a lot of retailers sell them. Got a great deal during a sale.
